One-to-One Natural Hygiene Coaching

Personal guidance for people who want to understand what is happening in their body, simplify the confusion and make practical changes based on Natural Hygiene.

If you have been trying different diets, supplements, protocols or health ideas but still feel that nobody has helped you see the whole picture, one-to-one coaching gives us the space to look at your situation properly.

I do not start with the idea that you are a collection of unrelated symptoms. We look at your health history, food, sleep, rest, stress, movement, stimulation, environment, habits and the patterns you have noticed over time. The aim is to help you understand your body more clearly and decide which changes are most important first.

A Different Kind of Health Conversation

Natural Hygiene asks a different set of questions. Instead of only asking, “How do we make this symptom disappear?”, we also ask what conditions may be contributing to the overall strain on the body and what can realistically be changed.

That means looking at the person rather than only the label. Two people can arrive with the same diagnosis but have completely different eating patterns, sleep, stress, activity, history and daily demands. One-to-one work allows the guidance to reflect the individual rather than forcing everybody into the same template.

What We Look At Together

  • Your health history and symptom patterns — what changed, when it changed and what was happening around that time.
  • Food and digestion — what you eat, how often, how you combine foods, appetite, digestion and how your current diet makes you feel.
  • Rest and sleep — whether your body is actually getting enough opportunity to recover.
  • Stress and nervous-system load — work, relationships, worry, overstimulation and the pace at which you are living.
  • Movement and activity — whether you need more movement, less exertion or a better balance between the two.
  • Hydration, daylight, fresh air and environment — the basics that are easy to overlook when attention is fixed on symptoms.
  • Fasting and digestive rest — where appropriate, how these ideas fit within Natural Hygiene and when they may not be suitable.
  • Habits and consistency — how to turn understanding into changes you can actually maintain.

The Natural Hygiene Framework

Natural Hygiene is based on the principle that the body is a living, self-regulating organism and that health is influenced by the conditions in which it has to function. Food matters, but it is only one part of the picture. Rest, sleep, emotional load, movement, environment and daily rhythm matter too.

My role is to help you understand those principles and apply them to your own life. I will explain why I am suggesting a change rather than simply handing you a list of rules. The longer-term aim is for you to become less dependent on somebody else telling you what to do because you understand your own patterns much better.

Who One-to-One Coaching Is For

This may suit you if you are ready to look honestly at your lifestyle, make changes gradually and learn rather than search for another quick fix. It can also be useful if you already understand some Natural Hygiene but need help applying the principles to a complicated real-life situation.

You do not need to arrive with the “perfect” diet or know exactly what you want to change. What matters more is being willing to observe, ask questions and work through the most important areas in a sensible order.

What This Is Not

Natural Body Intelligence coaching is health education and lifestyle coaching. I do not diagnose disease, prescribe medication or provide emergency medical care. If you have a serious or rapidly worsening condition, need urgent assessment, or take medication that could be affected by major dietary changes or fasting, that needs to be taken into account.

The purpose of coaching is to give you a Natural Hygiene framework for understanding lifestyle, recovery and the conditions surrounding your health while you make informed decisions about your own care.

How to Start

The first step is the free NBI Health Questionnaire. It gives me a much clearer picture of your history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle and what you want help with before we speak.

Once I have that information, we can determine whether one-to-one coaching is a suitable next step and what would be most useful to focus on.
