Client Stories & Testimonials
Every person arrives with a different history, different symptoms and different circumstances. These are real examples from people I have personally worked with through Natural Body Intelligence. They are individual experiences rather than promises of a particular outcome, but they show what can happen when people begin changing the conditions surrounding their health and consistently support their body.
The work can include changes to diet and daily habits, appropriate rest, movement and helping people better understand what their symptoms may be communicating.
Dennis — Asthma, Diverticulitis & Fatigue
“The summer following the 12-week programme I travelled to South America and climbed Machu Picchu, which is 7,970 feet.”
Dennis worked with me while dealing with asthma, diverticulitis and fatigue. In the video, he describes his experience of the Natural Body Intelligence approach and the changes he noticed.
Chronic Fatigue — From Crawling Upstairs to Vacuuming Her Home Again
One woman came to me with severe chronic fatigue. Everyday activities had become extraordinarily difficult. At times she had to crawl up the stairs, and she told me she had not been able to vacuum her home for years.
She went through my programme and later attended one of my talks. During the talk she stood up in front of the audience and spoke about her experience. One of the things she was happiest about was something most of us would normally take for granted: she had vacuumed her house again.
For her, being able to do an ordinary household task again represented a significant change in her independence and quality of life.
Diabetes — A Lower HbA1c Following Dietary Change
Another client came to me with diabetes. We worked on changing the overall pattern of her diet, including removing many ultra-processed foods and introducing nutritious, water-rich fruits at appropriate points during the day.
Over the course of the programme her HbA1c came down. This was particularly encouraging because HbA1c provides an objective measurement rather than relying only on how somebody feels.
Her experience is her own and should not be taken as a prediction of what will happen for another person with diabetes, but it is a good example of why everyday lifestyle and dietary choices deserve serious attention.
Raynaud’s — Symptoms Reduced
I also worked with a woman experiencing Raynaud’s symptoms. We approached her health in the same broader way: looking at diet, lifestyle and the conditions surrounding the body rather than focusing only on suppressing individual symptoms.
During the programme she reported a substantial reduction in her symptoms.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome — Diet, Walking & Digestive Improvement
One of the more straightforward cases involved a man experiencing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). We made changes to his diet and encouraged him to get outside and walk regularly.
His digestive symptoms subsequently improved considerably. His experience was a useful reminder that a health programme does not always need to become complicated. Sometimes the fundamentals deserve attention first.
Chronic Fatigue — Rebuilding Daily Activity
Another woman I worked with was struggling with chronic fatigue and had become increasingly inactive. Rather than assuming she needed an elaborate intervention, one of our main priorities was simply helping her begin getting out of the house and walking regularly.
As daily walking and activity became part of her routine, she reported that her symptoms subsided substantially. Her case illustrates why I look at the whole person and their daily environment rather than assuming every client needs exactly the same programme.
Sarah — Blood Sugar & Energy
“My blood sugar dropped dramatically, and I had more energy than I’d had in years.”
Before starting, my blood sugar readings were regularly around 200–210. By the end of the programme, they were typically between 90 and 110. Alongside that improvement, I noticed a huge increase in my energy levels and felt much more like myself again.
Michael — Weight, Blood Pressure & Blood Sugar
“I lost 30 pounds and saw major improvements in my blood sugar and blood pressure.”
I started at around 250 pounds, with high blood pressure and blood sugar that was far too high. Since making changes, I’ve lost around 30 pounds and my blood glucose readings have dropped significantly. I now judge my progress by three things: my weight, blood pressure and blood sugar — and all three have moved in the right direction.
Angela — Blood Pressure, Sleep & Energy
“For the first time in years, I wake up feeling refreshed.”
I had spent much of my life taking blood pressure medication. As my health improved, my blood pressure came down considerably and, under medical supervision, I was able to come off the medication. I also began sleeping better, waking up refreshed and feeling far more energised during the day.
David — Strength, Mobility & Mental Clarity
“I feel stronger, clearer and more capable than I have in years.”
Over six months, I lost around 25 pounds and noticed improvements across many areas of my health. I became stronger and more balanced, had more energy and stamina, experienced less joint discomfort, and noticed improvements in my skin and mental clarity. Most importantly, I felt motivated to keep learning and improving the way I lived.
Rachel — Brain Fog & Energy
“The brain fog lifted and my energy came back.”
After having my children, I gradually began to feel that my health and energy were declining. As I changed my nutrition and lifestyle, I noticed the brain fog beginning to lift, my energy returning and my mood improving. I also gained knowledge that I could pass on to my children and use as part of our family lifestyle.
Helen — Vertigo
“I finally felt like a human being again.”
I had been struggling badly with vertigo. After making changes to my lifestyle, within about a week the vertigo had settled and I began feeling like myself again.
Claire — Weight Loss & Energy
“Losing the weight gave me my life back.”
Losing weight completely changed how I felt about my life. I had wanted to make the change for years, but never truly believed I would get there. As the weight came off, my energy increased and everyday life became easier. It remains one of the best decisions I have made for myself.
James — Shoulder Pain & Activity
“I thought shoulder pain had ended the active life I loved.”
I had always been very active — surfing, kayaking and doing anything that kept me moving. Then persistent shoulder pain stopped me doing many of the things I enjoyed. After working on my health and recovery, I was gradually able to become active again and return to the lifestyle I had been missing.
Linda — Sleep, Mindfulness & Digestion
“The small improvements made a huge difference.”
For me, progress was about getting the basics working again: sleeping properly, practising mindfulness and having more regular bowel movements. They might sound like small things, but together they made an enormous difference to how I felt day to day.
Mark & Julie — Stopping Smoking
“We finally managed to stop smoking.”
We had tried to quit smoking before but struggled to make it last. The support, education and guidance we received helped us understand our habits and gave us the confidence to finally stop. It made a genuine difference to both of our lives.

Emma — Asthma Support
“It was reassuring to know help was there when we needed it.”
When my son needed help with his asthma, we were able to get support quickly. We felt listened to and cared for, and it was reassuring knowing that knowledgeable people were available when we needed them.
Your Programme Should Be Personal to You
These stories are deliberately different because people are different. Natural Body Intelligence is not about giving everybody an identical protocol. We look at your current health, diet, lifestyle, energy, symptoms and circumstances and work from there.
If you would like me to look at your situation, the first step is to complete the health questionnaire. This gives me enough information to understand what you are dealing with and whether working together is appropriate.
