Natural Body Intelligence Health Education Centre Liverpool
Natural Body Intelligence is planning to open a new Health Education Centre in Liverpool.
The centre will be created as a Community Interest Company (CIC), with the aim of making practical health education more accessible to the local community.
This project is in the early planning stage. The intention is to create a welcoming space where people can learn how the body works, what symptoms may be communicating, and how everyday choices around food, rest, fasting, movement, environment and emotional balance can support the body’s natural self-regulating processes.
Why Liverpool?
Liverpool has a strong community spirit, but it also has many people living with poor health, long-term conditions, low energy, stress, food confusion and a lack of practical health education.
The aim is not to create another medical clinic. The aim is to create a health education centre: a place where people can learn, ask questions, attend talks, take part in courses, and understand the body from a Natural Hygiene perspective.
What the centre will focus on
The centre will focus on education, prevention, self-awareness and lifestyle support. Topics may include:
- Natural Hygiene and the body’s self-healing ability
- Understanding symptoms as body communication
- Simple, practical food education that meets people where they are
- Rest, sleep and nervous system recovery
- Safe preparation for fasting
- Detoxification and elimination
- Movement, breathing and lymphatic flow
- Reducing toxic exposure in the home and environment
- Emotional wellbeing, mindset and stress reduction
- Training future Natural Hygiene practitioners
A Community Interest Company
The planned centre will be set up as a CIC — Community Interest Company. This means the organisation will be built around community benefit rather than private profit.
The goal is to reinvest into education, local support, accessible programmes, community events and the long-term growth of the centre.
Crowdfunder coming soon
To help bring this project to life, Natural Body Intelligence will be launching a crowdfunder.
The crowdfunder will help with the practical costs of setting up the centre, including premises, educational materials, basic equipment, community outreach and early programme delivery.
