Internal Hygiene Protocol

A quick internet search will flood you with claims that there are over 100,000 different “diseases,” including more than 7,000 labelled as rare. The numbers vary, but the message is always the same: there’s a multitude of mysterious illnesses out to get you, and only the for-profit medical industry can “save” you—with endless pills, potions, and promises, as long as you keep funding the search for the next miracle cure.

Let’s step back for a moment.

A non-itchy detox rash is labelled one disease. An itchy detox rash? Another. Add a fever and it becomes something else entirely. A fever with diarrhoea? New name, new drug. A cough and sore throat? Yet another disease. But what if these are all expressions of the same underlying issue: the body removing waste in different ways?

It’s time to stop the madness.

There is not a hundred thousand diseases. There is one. Just one single root condition: Toxaemia/Acidosis—an over-acidic state of the body caused by waste build-up. When waste is not efficiently eliminated, acids accumulate around and within cells, leading to dysfunction. That’s the real issue.

So why does it matter whether we believe in 100,000 diseases or just one?

Because with 100,000 disease labels, the medical system can claim 100,000 causes and offer 100,000 pharmaceutical “solutions.” Put a label on three symptoms, and you can sell a drug to “treat” them. Label a person, and you can convince them they are broken—and take away their power to heal. And that’s where the profit lies.

But once you see that there’s only one disease—Toxaemia—and that it expresses differently depending on where it’s showing up in the body and how overloaded your system is, healing becomes simple and natural.

And of course, we can’t have that. Because if people realised how to heal themselves, the profit model collapses.

Understanding the Internal Hygiene Model

150 years of research in Orthopathy shows us that as the body—our internal terrain—becomes more polluted, symptoms evolve. Think of a messy house: a few clothes on the floor might not bother you at first, but then boxes pile up, floors stop being cleaned, pests arrive. The same thing happens in the body. Waste builds up in different “rooms” (organs), causing different symptoms. But the cause is the same—and so is the solution: clean up the terrain.

When we clean the terrain—by eating the biologically appropriate diet and avoiding toxic inputs—we remove the cause. And when we remove the cause, the body returns to health. It’s that simple.

But the profit-driven medical model rarely looks at cause. It focuses on suppressing symptoms with toxic substances that disrupt the body’s detox processes and trap waste inside. Skin symptom A? Must be a virus. Skin symptom B? A parasite. Skin symptom C? A mystery—but don’t worry, they’ve got a treatment.

What if all those symptoms are simply your body doing what it’s designed to do: eliminate waste?

That idea is too simple. Too empowering. Too logical. It follows nature’s laws—so it’s ignored.

One Disease, Many Symptoms

Toxaemia expresses itself through two main types of symptoms:

  1. Expulsion Symptoms – These are the body’s first warning signs when normal elimination channels (like kidneys, colon, skin) are overwhelmed. Coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhoea, rashes, acne—these are the body’s intelligent ways of pushing waste out. They are not to be feared or suppressed, but understood.
  2. Disease-Building Symptoms – If waste is not eliminated or if expulsion symptoms are suppressed, the body moves into deeper stages of dis-ease. Acidity builds. Protective measures like inflammation and pain set in. If we still do not address the cause, the body progresses through seven levels of degeneration: inflammation, irritation, ulceration, induration, and eventually cancer.

Once the body reaches that seventh level, healing becomes difficult—not impossible—but the body is drained, the terrain is highly toxic, and damage may be extensive.

Listen to the Early Warnings

We never need to reach those severe stages if we start listening to our bodies now. Frequent colds and flus? Let them flow, but also look at your diet and lifestyle. If those symptoms have stopped and you’re seeing more chronic signs—aches, pains, swelling, fatigue, skin issues—it’s time to take urgent action. Clean the terrain. Now.

Eat fruit, hydrate, rest, and allow the body to do what it knows best.
