Laws of the body

Here are some core Laws of the Body based on the principles of Natural Hygiene:

1. The Law of Self-Healing

The body always strives to maintain and restore health.
Illness is not an enemy—it is the body’s attempt to cleanse, repair, and restore balance when toxic or stressful conditions arise.

2. The Law of Elimination Before Reconstruction

The body must remove waste before building new tissue.
True healing begins with detoxification. Supplying nutrients without removing obstruction is like planting seeds in a toxic swamp.

3. The Law of Vital Economy

The body conserves and directs energy where it is most needed.
When rest is required, fatigue sets in. When healing is needed, digestion slows down. The body never wastes energy.

4. The Law of Cause and Effect

Every symptom has a cause, and that cause is never a deficiency of drugs.
Symptoms arise from biological responses to poor lifestyle habits—unnatural food, stress, stimulants, lack of sleep, etc. Remove the cause, and the effect (symptom) disappears.

5. The Law of Unity

The body operates as an integrated whole.
There are no isolated parts. You cannot treat the skin, liver, or lungs without affecting the entire system. Health is holistic, not compartmentalised.

6. The Law of Adaptation

The body adapts to the conditions it’s exposed to—but at a cost.
Continual adaptation to stress, toxins, and poor diet leads to chronic degeneration. Health is preserved only when the environment supports biological needs.

7. The Law of Rest and Recuperation

Rest is essential for healing and regeneration.
Sleep, stillness, fasting, and time in nature are vital. The body heals most deeply when we remove demands and provide quiet.

8. The Law of Purification

Toxins must be expelled, not suppressed.
Fevers, colds, skin eruptions, diarrhoea, and mucus are intelligent actions of purification. Suppression traps toxins and leads to deeper issues.

9. The Law of Innate Intelligence

The body never acts against itself.
Every response—however uncomfortable—is purposeful. Trusting the body is the first step toward true healing.

10. The Law of Natural Inputs

Only biological materials and conditions can be used to build and sustain life.
Fresh air, clean water, raw fruits and vegetables, sunshine, movement, love, and purpose are essential. Drugs, processed foods, and artificial environments distort function.
